How to create charts ?
Please register first.
Registration is free and anonymous, and enables you to save and edit your charts,
make them private, link to them from your web pages or share
them to everybody or to some user groups.
Saved charts can also be accessed from your Google Homepage using our
Google Gadget
Once registered go to the "Create a new Chart"
wizard and follow these 3 simple steps:
1) Select your chart data source style:
- Manual typed text or csv. See below examples.
- URL ( Address pointing to a supported file format )
- File ( Html tables, Excel, Access, Text, CSV, ... )
- Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL server
- Google Spreadsheet
- Another Chart in chartAll.com
Need a different data source? Please email us with details.
2) Enter you data parameters:
For example, if you have selected a Google spreadsheet as data source, type the
URL address of your Google published spreadsheet, for example:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pzCvtYNVd0UazENRAm1hiIg
Other data source styles require different parameters, like SQL server connections
require a "ConnectionString" and a select command.
After selecting a data source style, you'll see a form asking the necessary information.
3) Save your chart:
After saving a chart you can access its Chart Editor page to customize the chart
appearance (colors, fonts, sizes, styles) and chart parts like Axes, Legend
or Headers.
Charts can also be exported to several formats like PNG, JPEG, GIF, PDF, comments
can be added for a specific chart, and you can link to a chart image from your web
pages.
Data that makes the chart can be exported to XML, Text, HTML and Excel (*.xls),
and the chart can also be refreshed manually or at specific intervals.
